Joseph & Anna Herring  

Joseph Herring and Anna Wiggins with patent date of 19 Feb. 1856. Anna was born in 1805/6 in Lenoir but think they lived their short married time in NC in Greene Co. and left there in 1825 (at least her father, James Wiggins did and Joseph Herring is on the Morgan Co.
